June is National Indigenous History Month – a time for all of us to honor the resiliency, strength contributions and sacrifices of Indigenous people.
At Girl Guides, are incredibly proud and deeply grateful for the contributions of Indigenous girls, women and Two-Spirit folks in Guiding, past, present and future.
Celebrating Indigenous history emphasizes pride in being Indigenous. It is also a way for non-Indigenous people and newcomers to reflect and learn together.
