Camp Wa-Thik-Ane was founded in 1926 by the Quebec Council of Girl Guides of Canada–Guides du Canada, one of the largest and oldest all female recreation organizations in the country. With award winning programming and leadership, it is no wonder that Girl Guiding/Scouting is practiced in over 144 countries around the world.
